Please note: Yard Works requires waivers to be signed by the customer when distributing materials off of state maintained roads.
Waiver Stated in Full:
“Yard Works is not responsible for damages incurred to driveways, property, etc. once a delivery truck leaves the state maintained road. The customers, hereby, agree to pay for all wrecker fees and to accept responsibility for damages to property and/or vehicles. There is a $20.00 bank fee charge on all returned checks. There is a $10.00 charge for each additional dump.”
