Yard Works & Habitat for Humanity

Yard Works / Grind-All was happy to play a part in “Habitat for Humanity’s” project at the new Angus Road Subdivision in Richmond. The first neighborhood project of its kind in the city. After construction, 17 new homes were landscaped with specific soil criteria to aid in the viability of the landscape and water conservation. We were able to donate 100 cubic yards of “Master Blend Organic Growing Media” and installation services with our blower truck. Yard Works worked with the: Virginia Cooperative Extension, Regional Garden Clubs and other local business to help complete this soil amendment project. Thanks again to all that participated!
