Yard Works is not responsible for damages incurred to driveways, property, etc. once delivery truck leaves the state maintained road.  The customers, hereby, agree to pay for all wrecker fees, and to accept responsibility for damages to property and or vehicle.  There is a $20.00 & Bank fee charge on all return checks.  There is a $10.00 charge for each additional dump

Thirty-Day Account

With approved credit, all purchases are due Net 30. Thirty-day accounts are provided with an invoice and the time of purchase and a statement on a monthly basis. Accounts paid within 30 days are not subject to finance charges. AR past due invoices computer at an annual percentage rate of 18%.  See one of our credit applications for terms.
