Identification

• A Valid Driver’s License is required to rent any item.
• A Military ID is acceptable.
• A major credit card is required.

Payment

• Payment is due up front at the time of the rental. 
• Forms of Payment- Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, AMEX, and Discover
• Charge Account customers are due in accordance with existing account requirements.

Rental Period

• 4 Hour Rental: 4 consecutive hours during business hours including customer’s travel time.
• 4 Hour Rental Overnight: One hour before closing until 8:00 am the next morning (Excluding Sundays).
• 1 Day Rental: 24 consecutive hours – 8 hours of usage on metered equipment.  Additional usage will be charged at a per hour rate.
• 1 Week Rental: 7 consecutive days – 40 hours of usage on metered equipment – due for return at the same time of day as picked up.  Additional usage will be charged at a per hour rate.
• Monthly Rental: Contact Office
• Sunday Rental:  Equipment can be picked up 1 hour prior to closing on Saturday and returned by 8 a.m. on Monday for the 1 Day Rental charge (8 hours of usage).
• Rental Charges Are For Time Out, Not Time Used

Fuel

• It is the customer’s responsibility to return the equipment full of fuel.
• Please be aware of fuel type – Gas or Diesel.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery service is available. The rates vary depending on size of equipment and distance. Quoted delivery charges are roundtrip which includes delivery and pickup of equipment.

Cleaning Charges

Please return the equipment in the condition in which it was received. If the equipment is returned unusually dirty a cleaning charge will apply.

Tires & Tracks

The customer is responsible for the cost associated with excessive wear, damage, flats, and reinstalling of tracks that have come off of equipment.

Damage

In the case that the equipment is lost or damaged in any way, beyond normal wear and tear, the customer will be charged the full replacement or repair cost in addition to the rental cost.

Loading/Unloading

This rental center is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any property damage or personal injury sustained while equipment is being loaded into or out of customer’s vehicle. If our employees assist in the loading/unloading, THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES the FULL RISK of any such damage or injury.

Responsibility

Rental items are the responsibility of the customer while in their care and control from delivery to pickup. The customer is legally bound to the terms and conditions of the rental contract. The customer should carefully read both.
