About Us

This company was an acquired venture of Mr. Bill Stinson in response to the limited options of municipalities, land clearing companies and developers to deal with green waste debris. From its fledgling beginning in Chesterfield County in 1998, Grind-All now operates three full service wood waste recycling facilities in: Chesterfield, Rockville & Powhatan. It was clear that recycling wood waste debris was a viable alternative to burning or being buried in land fills.  In 2000, Grind-All teamed up with another local recycler and retailer to now produce more than 700,000 plus cubic yards of mulch, top soils, and composted growing medias, which are now sold through our retail partner, Yard Works.
